Quilty Dilemma

I've made a baby quilt top and now I'm ready to get it basted and quilted.

 
It's about 36" square and made with a Moda Folklore charm pack plus a white border and an outer border of some orange Katie Spain fabric, which I found in a box and don't remember buying.
I usually just go for a safe option and quilt with straight (ish) lines. So, stick with what I know or push myself to do something a little more challenging?

    I think it's a wonderful quilt! I love Aqua's and Oranges!! Can you share when it's finished? I haven't finished a quilt yet. I'm selling stash of Ebay to buy more! Unfortunately most doesn't sell for what I paid for it. Lovely quilt!
